 DSC4582 CopyJustine Otwoma is a Programme Officer Monitoring & Evaluation at ICJ-Kenya in charge of Monitoring, outcome mapping, evaluation, reporting and learning for five programmes. He has extensive knowledge in Programme/Project Planning, Management and a Specialization in Result Based Monitoring & Evaluation with over 10 year experience working and consulting spanning 7 African Countries including; Sierra Leone, Malawi, Republic of South Sudan, Uganda, Kenya & Tanzania

He is a holder of M.A in Project Planning & Management of The University of Nairobi, a B.A in Environmental Studies (Community Development) of Kenyatta University, Post Graduate Certificates in Project Management and Monitoring & Evaluation of Makerere University. He is also a Certified Trainer of Trainers/Facilitators by KISWD, a Certified PRINCE 2 by Axellos (UK), and has undertaken several Professional Short Courses from MS-TCDC in Arusha. He is an active member of the Evaluation Society of Kenya (ESK) and Kenya Association of Project Managers (KAPM) Professional Bodies
