There are four categories of members of ICJ-Kenya. These are:

Eligibility
Any person who holds an academic or professional qualification in law or is currently undergoing formal training in law is eligible to apply for membership of the organization.
The application form is forwarded through the ICJ-Kenya Secretariat addressed to the Council. The Council examines the application and decides on the suitability and merit of the application. The Council has the power to invite suitable members or group of persons including Professional Societies to be members. The Council also determines the duties, benefits and privileges of members with reference to the categories.
Benefits of membership:
- Invitation to attend and participate in the functions of ICJ Kenya such as launching publications and quarterly workshops
- Receiving copies of publications done by the organization
- Access to the use of the Resource center located within the ICJ Kenya Secretariat
The Resource Centre, based at the Secretariat is open from 8.30 a.m. 4.30 p.m. Monday to Friday.
