Conference Package

The conference fee is USD 2,200 (KES 286,000)

The conference package includes the travel arrangements and services outlined in the official itinerary. Members are encouraged to review the attached travel itinerary for detailed information regarding the programme and travel schedule.

Payment Options

Members may choose either of the following payment options.

Instalment Option

• 35% (KES 100,100) payable on or before 31^st July 2026
• 35% (KES 100,100) payable on or before 24 August 2026
• 30% (KES 85,800) payable on or before 24 September 2026

Full Payment Option
Members wishing to pay the entire conference fee in one instalment may do so on or
before 15 August 2026.

Per-person sharing option

• 35% (KES 90, 545) payable on or before 31st July 2026
• 35% (KES 90, 545) payable on or before 24 August 2026
• 30% (KES 77, 610) payable on or before 24 September 2026

NB: Kindly note that the costs cover the whole package and cannot be split. Those interested in upgrading to business will be considered based on availability and should contact us in time.
