EOI: Development of a Bench Book on the Right To Health in Kenya

ICJ Kenya invites Expressions of Interest from experts for consideration as consultants to develop a Judiciary Bench Book on the Right to Health in Kenya.

The Bench Book will serve as a legal resource guide for judges and magistrates on the right to health issues. Additionally, it will reference various aspects of enforcing the right to health, as guaranteed under the constitution of Kenya, while also giving illustrations from relatively recent case law.

The deliverables of the task shall be the following:

  1. Inception report with a clear methodology and work plan;
  2. First draft reports from the desk study and audit;
  3. Draft consolidated Bench Book for validation; and
  4. The final Bench Book.
