ICJ Kenya officially opened its new office in Karen on Wednesday, May 22nd 2019. The Executive Director Samwell Mohochi , was on hand to cut the ribbon to the ICJ Kenya House.
Relocation from rented premises to purchase of this office strengthens ICJ Kenya footprint in Kenya and in the Region in promotion of human rights, rule of law and justice.
Mr Mohochi commended the contractors and the architecture for managing the process of building the spacious and modern offices.
“We’ve had tremendous support from the ICJ Kenya council, donors, NIC Bank and our members.”
This event marked a key achievement in extending ICJ Kenya’s work in the country. Our vision of ‘a just, free and equitable society’ has seen us grow and increase our impact in Kenya and Africa.

Mr Mohochi through his comment on twitter referred the ICJ Kenya house as a 60th-anniversary gift to the organization.
This engagement was made possible through the extraordinary generosity of our well-wishers, our past chairmen, council, members and the secretariat.
This marks the beginning of unparalleled years of service in promoting human rights, justice and democracy in Kenya and around Africa through the application of legal expertise and international best practices.
