Paralegal Report 2022 5.2.24

This report highlights some of the strides and results ICJ Kenya has taken and achieved in promoting access to justice using the paralegal approach. If implemented, we believe the Legal Aid Act 2016 would go a long way to realize access to justice for the poor and marginalized in the communities.
