Members elect the Council, whose principal role is to provide a strategic framework within which the Secretariat executes programmes and projects. The Council thus offers strategic leadership and is responsible for developing our vision, strategies, structures, and policies. They offer their skills, competencies, and services voluntarily, have a two-year term limit, and meet at least once every two months.
